Visit the Titanic Museum

 titanicpigeonforge.com

The Titanic Museum is a great way to learn more about the luxury liner that sank after hitting an iceberg in 1912. When you enter the museum, you are given a “ticket” with the name of an actual Titanic passenger. You then experience what it was like to walk through the halls, parlors, cabins and climb the Grand Staircase as you view more than 400 artifacts salvaged from the ship. You can touch a real iceberg and reach your hand into water that is at the 28-degree temperature that the passengers fell into as the ship sank. In the Titanic Memorial Room, you can learn the fate of the person on your ticket. Although individual tickets can be expensive, you can purchase a family ticket for $100 that allows entry for two adults and up to four children.
