Only available between November and Mach, the snow tubing track at Ober Gatlinburg is fun for all ages. A 90-minute tubing session is $30 for aged five and older on weekdays while weekend and holiday fees are $35 for ages five and older. Children aged three and four are free with a paying adult. Children under three are not permitted to ride. In order to ride alone, children must be at least six and 42” tall. The tubing hill has a 50 foot drop and is 350 feet long with a “magic escalator” that returns you to the top after each run. The track is open regardless of the weather and there are no refunds of advance purchases. Keep in mind that the snow tubing track is very busy and can have wait times of over two hours on weekends.
